In pursuance of this vision, Mahalaxmi Seeds has been carrying out various initiatives where collective knowledge and skill of well experienced scientists and researchers can be applied to create innovative and relevant solutions for the betterment of farming community of the country. While, there has been a significant progress made in accomplishing the above objectives, there still remain a significant scope to convert the knowledge in to the agricultural wealth of the country.
The theme of the Mahalaxmi Seeds is to address the supply of high quality seeds on affordable prices to the farmers. Company researchers have re- directed their breeding programs for the development of hybrids and varieties with tolerance for high temperature, efficient utilization of nutrients, having resistance against biotic and a biotic stresses, suitability for drought prone areas and high quality nutritional value for end users.

About Our Logo
Mahalaxmi Seeds Logo The Mahalaxmi logo comprises of the symbol and the corporate name in a fixed relation with each other. One without the other is incomplete in depicting the true nature and meaning of the organization. Hence, the usage of the logo must be fixed.
Symbol The design concept is drawn from the nature of the business. The symbol is circular, representing the global nature of Mahalaxmi as a corporate organization while simultaneously standing for the representation of the earth, from where our product and business existence originates. The colours of the symbol have been carefully selected. The logo Green, an nature’s colour, complements the symbolic representation of the earth. Together, the two colours constitute Vedanta’s business in metals and mining, and the organization’s vision of building up a world class diversified resources group.
